Local Pick-Up Policy

LOCAL PICKUP

After adding items to cart - at checkout, underneath shipping, there is an option to pick up locally. The N'Luxe Hair Collection does not have an official storefront but offers local pick-up at a well-known area, the Waterfront!

Starting July 2nd, 2022 -
Local pick-up is offered Monday - Saturday (NO SUNDAYS) and excluding Federal Holidays.

All orders placed by 1 pm will be ready for pick-up that same day no later than 6 pm.
All orders placed after 1 pm will be ready for pick-up the next day no later than 6 pm.

You will receive a pick-up ready email once your items are available. The pick-up location closes at 9 pm, if you are unable to arrive during that time frame - please give us a call.

All short-term changes / updates will be announced on our home page, if any.

Identification is required at checkout AND pick-up ; we will not release an order without it! NO EXCEPTIONS! For fraud reasons, this is non-negotiable. 

The pick-up address is 142 West Bridge Street, Homestead, PA 15120 (Fudge Farm).

Please be sure to double check all information before submitting your order

​Once the package is transferred to USPS, The N'Luxe Hair Collection is not responsible for any package mailed to the wrong address. If your packages happens to be returned to us, for any reason - you will be responsible for purchasing another shipping label to resend the package.

If you choose local pickup, please make sure you provide a correct phone number and email so that we can contact you, if need be.
