The N'Luxe Hair Collection can only be sure of the condition and care the hair extensions were purchased in. Since we cannot be sure of how the customer cared for the hair extensions after that time frame, we have updated our complaint / refund policy.
We do not offer cash refunds, if a problem is found in your favor - a team member may offer you store credit if the complaint is within 7 business days of purchase.
The N'Luxe Hair Collection encourages all customers to reach out if there's a problem, so that we can fix it to the best of our ability.
